Using the very latest in Sliding and Fixed head lathe technology we produce components to your drawing and specifications and requirements. 

Our process is designed and controlled to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our machines offer a one hit machining process, helping to deliver finished components direct from the machine and requiring no second operations, which could have an impact on delivery.

All machines are multi axis machines offering cross working processes as standard, i.e. engraving, milling, drilling and tapping. Machines all have Sub spindles offering pick up and rear process finishing.

We aim to replace our machinery every 10 years keeping our machines up to date and the most efficient possible for lights out production
