CNC Inspection Department
When using the very latest CNC machines, it's all too easy to forget that they're only as good as the equipment you check them with.
In our view, too many of our competitors are shirking their responsibilities by neglecting their own inspection facilities and relying on their suppliers. We can create a process for you component to give supply reassurance. Please ask at time of quotation.
So, unlike the rest, we don't pass the buck: in fact we're going against the general trend by investing heavily in the enhancement of our Inspection Department to make it as much a CNC/CMM environment as is our production facility.
That means we can check component dimensions with the utmost precision, in precisely the same way, to precisely the same tolerances time and time again.
In turn that means nothing is ever forgotten and our standard of quality is never compromised.

Qualiturn have an open policy on supply chain, we do not subcontract any process or work to 3rd party suppliers without a customer agreement.

Qualiturn is committed to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions to as close to zero as possible and offset its remaining emission where possible.
The UK Sanctions
We monitor and review our requirements under UK law not to supply any restricted Countries of the supplier of any product listed by UK Sanctions.
Qualiturn Products Ltd fully committed to complying with the current and future sanctions issued by the UK and any other applicable sanctions of other countries, and we expect the same commitment from our supply chain.
We declare that we DO NOT knowingly process any materials and/or components referred to under regulation (EU) 833/2014 and (EU) 2023/1214, Article 3g.
We offer tractability of material parts are produced from. Please make sure you request material certification with country of origin on your orders and enquiry.
CBAM The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism
The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a European Union (EU) regulation that requires importers to report on the greenhouse gas emissions embedded in their goods. The CBAM entered into effect on October 1, 2023, and the transitional phase will last until December 31,
2025. During this time, importers must submit quarterly reports on the CBAM Transitional Registry. The first report was due on January 31, 2024, for the period October to December 2023 Qualiturn are currently working with its customers to provided best data possible.
RoHS
Qualiturn Products Ltd certifies compliance with the provisions of the European Parliament and Council Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (2011/65/EC). We are Not Knowingly adding any Restricted Substances.

POP regulation
This document also certifies that Qualiturn Products Ltd does not knowingly add any Persistent organic pollutants (POPs). They are organic substances that persist in the environment, accumulate in living organisms and pose a risk to our health and the environment.
They can be transported by air, water or migratory species across international borders, reaching regions where they have never been produced or used.
Our manufactured components do not to our knowledge pose any risk of POP
Asbestos
